Many have asked that I remove the last picture I took. In this country where we are trying bi-partisanship I decided to keep the picture on but post a update. I am still dealing with my blog with a heavy hand.
This crazy picture is from my garden. That thing growing on the lattice is a pumpkin. It came from Sawyers preschool. I planted it ( with Saywers help ) as a seedling. The pumpkin had no choice but to grow on the lattice. My "garden " is in the old dog kennel. Our dog refused to use it, plotting instead for our front grass to use as her toilet.I have no room for the garden I really want. It made allot of sense to use the kennel.
But, I never think of spacing when planting. After all, those little seedlings look so little. My Mom said they would never grow. I have supplied her with a steady harvest of tomatoes. Haha heee. I love being superior to my dear Mom. She does everything perfect. I cannot tell you the joy in my heart when I can give her the tomatoes. I usually add " because yours didn't grow. " I will be knocked down a peg or two when I return to work to confront the dreaded computer system. Lets hope it doesn't get in the way as I save lives....
